Santa Paws pet photos
Sunday, November 24th • 12 PM - 5 pm
By Cash Donation To The Missy Foundation
Bring your family and pets for our Santa Paws photo shoot, and create lasting memories with your fur babies. Ugly Christmas sweaters and accessories are highly encouraged, and all pets are welcome!
Donations from all photos will go to The Missy Foundation providing love and care for vulnerable, abused, and unadoptable elderly dogs that have been abandoned or left homeless.
All of the Missy Foundation’s dogs have age-related illnesses, special needs, disabilities, diseases, or injuries caused by prior neglect. The Missy Foundation welcomes these dogs into the Missy Manor, a loving home on Bowen Island with a large, fenced-in area for running and playing.
These beautiful souls become treasured members of their families and are given end-of-life care and companionship, medical attention, the best food and supplements, and amazing chiropractic and veterinary care.
Minimum suggested cash donation $20.
sold out - Semi-private 26 & 2 Posture Clinic with Katrina, Kellie & Edward
Saturday, November 23rd • 1 pm - 5 pm
We invite all students who are interested in diving deeper into the 26&2 practice, or who are navigating injuries, to join us for this semi-private workshop.
Together we will do a deep dive into this series to build a strong foundation and explore the many layers of the practice. With only 10 students, there will be many opportunities for students to receive individual attention, ask questions, and receive personal modifications, adjustments, and feedback from the guidance of three facilitators. This will be a therapeutic approach to the 26&2 series with a focus on alignment, anatomy, modifications, and the benefits of the practice.

Womb Circle with Alex and Katrina
Sunday, December 8th • 2 pm - 6:30 pm
A semi-private offering to honour Pregnancy Loss & Birth Trauma through Sound and Storytelling.
This sacred circle provides a supportive and healing space for individuals navigating the profound emotional experiences of pregnancy and infant loss, birth trauma, and the grief that accompanies these journeys.
In a compassionate, non-judgmental environment, participants are invited to share their stories, sit with their emotions, and connect with others who have walked similar paths.
Through the therapeutic power of sound, we create an energetic container for release, healing, and transformation. Gentle sound healing practices will guide you in honoring your experience and nurturing your womb space. Slow, restorative yin yoga will aid in nourishing the mind, body, and soul, and restore harmony and balance to the flow of energy in the heart center and womb space.
This circle offers a space for deep listening, authentic sharing, and community support, helping you find peace, integration, and a sense of empowerment.
