Alana
Alana is a dedicated yoga teacher who discovered her passion for yoga after suffering a torn ACL. Seeking a way to build strength around her injured knee, Alana turned to yoga and was immediately hooked. As she continued to practice, she found that yoga not
only helped her recover physically, but also provided a calming and centering effect on her mind.
In addition to her own healing journey, Alana became interested in using yoga to help others. Alana is certified with her 200HR Hatha/Vinyasa, 250HR Hot Yoga (26&2) and 70HR Yin Yoga training. She now shares her knowledge and experience with her students. Alana
has a special gift for holding space for others who are healing, both physically and spiritually.
Her classes focus on building strength, flexibility, and balance, while also encouraging her students to cultivate a peaceful and present mindset. She enjoys the technical aspect of yoga as well as the rooted philosophies in the practice. She encourages her
students to listen to their bodies, to honor their limitations, and to approach their practice with kindness and compassion.
Through her own journey and her work as a yoga teacher, Alana has come to understand the transformative power of yoga. She is passionate about helping others discover the healing benefits of this ancient practice, and is dedicated to making yoga accessible
and inclusive for all.
