Jen’s yoga journey started back in 2010, when Bikram yoga first came to Tsawwassen. However, it wasn’t until 2020 that she rediscovered her love for hot yoga, after returning home from a trip to Bali in 2021, and made the commitment to her practice. It was then she discovered her deep love and gratitude for the Hot 26&2 series, along with all the mental and physical benefits for the mind, body and soul. She went on to take her 26&2 Hot yoga teacher training at Yoga Union, to dive deeper into the practice, and to share it with others. “Yoga is a practice for life, so that we can move through life. It teaches us how to use the power of our breath and is a constant reminder that our minds and bodies can go through hard things.” Jen is incredibly passionate about the energy that this series cultivates in the Yoga Union community, and is excited to continue to share in the magic of this beautiful series as both a teacher and a student.
