“Yoga not only challenges you but also brings you peace at the same time, like a yin-yang symbol it represents both sides.”

Megan began her yoga journey in 2008, quickly fell in love, and has been a practitioner ever since. As her love for yoga grew, she started to branch out and explore different yoga styles and ways in which to move the body.

Megan's love for both fitness and yoga and everything it brings to both the body and mind lead her to her first 200-hour Yoga & Fitness teacher training in 2019. She then went on to complete her 300-hour yoga training in 2023, and Barre training in 2024.

Megan began sharing her passion with the community through teaching various styles of Hatha and Vinyasa Yoga. Megan has also completed her Yin Yoga teacher training and is excited to share a slower side of the practice with the community.

Megan loves that yoga not only challenges you but also brings you peace at the same time, like a yin yang symbol it represents both sides. Her classes are a fun and exhilarating union of yoga, strength, and conditioning, with the intention to tap into the body's full potential, developing strength, and deepening mind-body connection.
