Sharon
Sharon discovered hot yoga nine years ago and has been a devoted practitioner ever since. As a distance runner, she learned first hand the benefits of hot yoga for an injured body. Although Sharon no longer runs, she is an avid hiker, paddleboarder, and still firmly believes in the benefits of yoga to improve both body and mind for all her other activities. Sharon is a 200hr certified Hatha/Vinyasa teacher and has just completed her 250hr HOT 26&2 training at Yoga Union. She is looking forward to sharing her passion for Hot yoga with the community.
