Victoria has been practicing yoga since 2011, her foundation is in the 26&2 and maintains a regular hot practice. She has practiced all over Canada and the United States. in 2016 she decided to deepen her practice and took her 1st Vinyasa/Hatha 200 hour Certification with Mike Nichols and her 2nd with Yoga Union. In 2019 Victoria started her Ashtanga practice, and currently is enrolled in the Yoga Union 250hour Hot teacher Training. Victoria’s disciplined and devoted personal practice translates to her teaching style seamlessly. She emphasizes breath, Bhandas (yogic locking technique) and Diristi (yogic gaze) for a dynamic and accessible Hot union Flow, Warm Flow and Power Flow. Victoria’s focus on breath and adjustments offers each student proper alignment as they explore the depths of their practice and the joys of yoga.
